Introducing Gentle Flow Yoga

New Year, New Classes! Join Ms. Rachel on Wednesdays from 6:00-6:50 for a Gentle Flow Yoga Class! This slow flow will connect mindfulness with movement and breath to calm the body and release held tension. As we slow down our breath and body, we begin to return to the present moment and relax the mind. All levels are welcome! Classes are $40 monthly or $15 at the door.
