BellePAC Policies

Make-up Policy

If a student is ill, misses a class, or canceled due to

inclement weather, that class may be made up. Since we have many classes available for each age and level, refunds or adjustments are not given and classes must be made up within that semester.

Drop Policy

In order to drop a class written notification is required by email or in person. A fee equal to 1/2 of your child's monthly tuition will be assessed and charged at the time of the drop notification. If the student decides to drop, the registration fee and recital fee are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Tuition is based on an average of four classes per month, and payment of this tuition is due by the first of the month regardless of any absences. To cancel this agreement, written notification is required prior to the month of withdrawal. If the student decides to withdraw, the registration and recital fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Plan - will not have a refund. Only written notice to cancel future payments, see Drop Policy for detail.

Costume Policy

*Company Happy Holidays Costume Fees are billed on August 1st. Please see the Company Requirements for more details.

Recital Policy

Bad Weather/Studio Closings Policy

In the case of inclement weather please check our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Observers are not permitted in the studio during a class period.  Parents are responsible for children in the lobby area and we ask that you respect the studio property.

Grooming for Class
All dancers should come to class with their hair pulled up and dance attire neat and clean.  It is important that the dancers learn that their dance attire is special and must be treated with care. If a dancer arrives not dressed appropriately for class, they will be asked to sit and observe.

Being on Time
Please try to arrive at the studio in plenty of time for the dancers to put on their dance shoes and be prepared to dance.  The first few minutes of class are very important because they contain exercises designed to warm-up the body before graduating to larger movements.  Also, a late arrival can be distracting to the dancers who have already begun their class.

Video Taping/Photography
Personal videotaping of our recitals is not permitted. No photography is permitted during the show.
